The De Buyer silicone pastry mat has lots of uses in professional and home kitchens. Use to bake macarons, profiteroles, biscuits and even bread.
The silicone coated fibreglass has micro-perforations for effective heat distribution and crisp, well-cooked bases. The non-stick surface allows for easy transfer of food once cooked. The mat is also suitable for use in the freezer.
The De Buyer silicone pastry mat is suitable for use at temperatures from -55°C to +280°C. For best results, use with an aluminium baking sheet.
