Large sphere balls of ice are the professional bartender\’s choice. Not only do the ice spheres look great in a drink, but their lower surface area compared to many individual cubes, means that the ice melts far more slowly. Your drink will stay as you wanted for longer – perfect for those who like a neat, but slightly chilled, rum or whisky.
Each spherical ice-cube mould will form three large spherical ice cubes. The ice shapes will be ready for use in approximately four hours after freezing.
