Description

Muslin squares are handy to keep in any keen cook\’s kitchen. The muslin, or cheesecloth, is a natural, finely-woven fabric, and is washable so you can use the muslin again and again.
Use the muslin squares to filter stocks or consommes. Use muslin to strain fruit juice or other liquids for crystal-clear jellies, or for straining curds or yoghurt to make your own cheese. Even use muslin to filter the sediment out of red wine and port before pouring it into a decanter. 
Each pack contains 10 squares of muslin, each measuring 45x45cm.
