The ZWILLING Enfinigy sous vide lid lets you cook food in a water bath at home. It\’s made from stainless steel and fits any 24cm saucepan or stock pot.
The lid is designed for use with the ZWILLING Enfinigy Sous Vide Stick. This gadget provides the optimal cooking temperature for even, gentle cooking. You can cook meat, fish and more in vacuum sealed bags. The result is moist, tender food with fantastic flavour.
The lid has a recess that is tailored to the size of the sous vide stick. It allows you to cook with the lid closed, reducing energy consumption by up to 50%.
You can close the recess with the silicone insert and use it as a standard pan lid.
