Silikomart\’s silicone mini canelé mould lets you create smaller versions of the classic French pastry. This flexible silicone mould has the traditional cylinder design and dipped top printed within it. To use the mould, pipe or pour your rum-rich batter into each mould and bake. Once cooled, carefully pop the sponges from the mould to reveal the elegant individual canelé.
