Use the bags to store meat, bread and vegetables in your fridge and freezer. Made from BPA-free plastic, they\’re great for marinating and sous vide cooking. You can attach a pump to remove air from the bag so it\’s sealed and ready for the water bath.
Each bag has a QR code to scan and track stored food. You can log your meals in the ZWILLING Culinary World app. The app prevents food from being forgotten in the fridge or freezer. It sends helpful reminders so you can enjoy meals and ingredients at their best.
