With De Buyer\’s Blue Steel crêpe pan, you can make perfect pancakes like a professional chef! The stylish steel pan has low, flared sides which makes it easy to flip and turn your pancakes. Once cooked, they will slide easily from pan to plate.
Lightweight but extremely resilient, the crêpe pan heats up quickly and evenly for excellent caramelisation. You can cook delicate, golden pancakes with crispy edges in minutes. As with other steel pans, the crêpe pan will develop a natural non-stick patina over time. The welded iron handle is comfortable to hold and angled upwards away from the heat of the hob.
De Buyer\’s Blue Steel crêpe pan is made with cooking over gas in mind, but is also suitable on all other cooking surfaces, except for induction. For best results, preheat the pan using a little fat. As well as pancakes, you can also use the pan to make omelettes, quesadillas and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Caring for your pan: Season before first use. Not dishwasher safe. Deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and lightly oil before storing in a dry place. Do not use detergents.
