A brick chicken cooker will give you tender and juicy baked chicken, every time. Made of terracotta, this brick cooker provides a weight which pushes the moisture into the middle of your chicken as it cooks, giving you maximum flavour and juiciness. 
This cooking method also gives the meat a browned appearance, but for an extra golden finish, take the lid off for a few minutes at the end of cooking. This brick cooker isn\’t just for chicken – use it for lamb shanks, or vegetables too.
