Description
Use the rectangle butter mould to shape softened butter and imprint a design on top at the same time. This is ideal for putting on display at a buffet or dinner party, or simply to make the butter at your table more attractive!
The mould has fluted edges, and is engraved with different designs – some with flowers, some with birds. When you release the butter from the mould, the design will be imprinted on top of the pat.
To use, pop the mould in the freezer for around 30 minutes before filling with butter. Use a butter knife to press softened butter into the mould, and place in the fridge for approx. 2 hours. Once set, invert the mould over the plate, and tap to release. If it needs a bit of help, use the maple wood butter knife again to loosen the edges.
The round butter mould can shape 250g of butter and is made from maple wood.
Maple wood is odourless, non-toxic, highly durable, and can tolerate gentle washing after use. Maple is therefore a popular wood choice for kitchen utensils.
Hand wash only. We receive the moulds in different quantities of assorted designs from the producers, so unfortunately we aren\’t able to specify which one you\’ll receive.
