Bamboo matcha whisk
Chashaku bamboo matcha tea spoon
For one serving of matcha tea, use the chashaku to measure out two scoops of matcha tea powder into the bowl. Add a splash of hot water, and use the whisk to make a paste. Then top up with approximately 70ml of hot, not boiling, water. Use the matcha whisk in a vigorous ‘W\’ motion until the matcha becomes very frothy. Enjoy immediately.
