Handmade in Tunisia, this spoon is carved from a single piece of olive wood which makes it extra strong and durable, as well as protecting the pattern of the natural wood. This also makes every spoon unique, for a special touch to your cookware.  Olive wood has a high oil content which makes it extra-resistant to bacteria – ideal for cooking utensils.
Use this spoon for cooking spicy dals, curries or fried rice dishes, or to serve couscous and rice salads at the table. 
As each piece is made from a single piece of wood, patterns will vary. Hand wash only and occasionally coat with olive oil to prevent drying out.
