Seamless French Style Stoneware Butter Pot

Description

Use this French-style stoneware butter pot to keep your butter fresh, soft and spreadable, without the need for a fridge. 
Inspired by 19th century design, this stoneware pot has two elements – the base and the cup, or lid. The base is filled with water, then the cup is filled with butter and placed into the base. The water creates an airtight seal that keeps oxygen and air away from the butter, keeping it soft yet fresher.
The water should be changed regularly to maintain freshness. 
Made in the Netherlands, this stunning butter pot is created by hand, meaning each piece is completely unique. Please note there may be minor variations in the glaze, but this will not affect the quality of the product.
