Use the acacia wood pickle packer – also known as a vegetable tamper – to pound and break down the vegetables so they\’re ready for fermentation. When you\’re not pickling, you can use this pounder to make salsa and guacamole.
The glass weight pickle pebbles ensure vegetables stay submerged under the liquid brine during the fermentation process to prevent spoilage. They\’re perfectly weighted for Mason jar use, and feature small finger grip grooves for easy removal.
The pickle pipes are silicone airlocks, designed specifically for Mason jars. They feature a one-way valve that automatically releases gas, without letting in any oxygen that can cause spoilage. This means you don\’t need to babysit your pickles or manually burp them.
