Available in two sizes, the airtight bags have a zipper closure. They can be used for freezing, marinating and sous vide cooking. To use them in a water bath, attach a vacuum pump and remove air from the bag in seconds. The bag is now sealed and can be placed in water.
The bags are reusable and microwave safe. Fill them with ingredients for soups and slow-cooked meals for effortless homemade meals.
Each bag has a QR code to scan and track stored food. You can log your meals in the ZWILLING Culinary World app. The app prevents food from being forgotten in the fridge or freezer. It sends helpful reminders so you can enjoy meals and ingredients at their best.
