This Japanese Seki bread knife has a long, straight, serrated blade. This knife will make light work of slicing through anything from sourdough to freshly baked baguettes. The elegant black handle is curved for comfort. The blade is made from molybdenum Japanese steel, with a Rockwell scale of Härte HRC 55. Easy to handle and easy to clean, this is an essential knife for bakers. Made in Seki City, Japan: world-renowned for their knife production, with a tradition dating back almost 800 years.
Not dishwasher safe.
Do not use on any bones, as this may damage the blade. For culinary use only. Clean as soon as possible after use and dry immediately.
