Description
This fibre-glass reinforced silicone pastry mat is designed for professional use. The non-stick flexible silicone mat is marked with different sized concentric circles and measurements along both edges for rolling out pastry.
Pour out caramel and tempered chocolate onto the silicone mat and let it set, or use to shape Florentines, and then peel them off easily. Or use the silicone mat to bake biscuits or tuiles.
