The ProQ Eco smoker chamber makes cold smoking at home both easy and affordable. Designed for use with the ProQ Cold Smoke Generator, this cardboard box is a great smoking chamber when you\’re starting out.
The Pro Q Eco smoker has an inner and outer box, with three chrome-plated food racks, and two drip trays to prevent cross-contamination of different food types during smoking. The eco-friendly name comes from the fact that the smoking chamber is made from cardboard, so is recyclable. Friendly on the environment, and friendly on the pocket! The Pro Q Eco smoker helps you get started with cold smoking – make smoked bacon, smoked salmon, smoked cheeses, nuts and even smoked garlic.

1) The ProQ Cold Smoke Generator shown at the base of the photo is sold separately, and not included with the ProQ Eco Smoking Chamber.
2) This product is not designed to be used with the ProQ Artisan Cold Smoke Generator – use the smaller ProQ Cold Smoke Generator instead.
