Traditionally made from terracotta, this tagine is made from Emile Henry\’s signature ceramic. It\’s lightweight and heats gently and evenly. You can brown meat and sweat onions in the tagine, then turn down the heat to simmer.
The funnel-shaped lid allows evaporated juices to circulate and fall back into your dish. The end result is tender meat and vegetables with intense flavour.
Carry the tagine straight to your table to serve guests family-style. As you lift the lid, everyone can enjoy the fragrant aroma of your slow-cooked tagine.
Handmade in Emile Henry\’s Burgundy workshops, the tagine comes with a five year warranty. It is naturally non-stick and easy to clean.
